Stained Glass Forest Moth

New to my Woodland Critters Collection - Moths! They are elegant and fascinating and some of my favorite forest creatures. I enjoy choosing glass that captures their delicate spirits.

The Forest Moth is made using the Tiffany-method of copper foil and solder. I selected various colors of Pennsylvania-based Youghiogheny glass, which is hand crafted to capture the essence of nature, as well as streaky glass and textured cathedral glasses to create a soft woodland feel.

Materials: Stained glass, copper foil, lead frame, lead solder, metal hook and hanging wire.

Measurements: Approximately 6 inches x 6 inches

The piece will be wrapped in colorful tissue paper, packaged in environmentally-friendly, plastic-free cushion wrap, and shipped in a recycled cardboard box. Care instructions included.
