Lake Stained Glass Mushroom

One of my favorite glass to work with is Pennsylvania-local Youghiogheny glass, all of which is poured and fired in ways that capture our natural world. This mushroom piece features large pieces of Youghiogheny's oceanic blues, greens and white mottled glass which reminds me of lakes and streams.

Created using Tiffany-fashion and completed in my glass studio. Glass is a unique material in that these elegant colors will stay rich forever in the sun.

Materials: Stained glass, lead frame, lead solder, hanging wire.

Measurements: Approximately 10 inches diameter

This piece will be wrapped in colorful tissue paper, packaged in environmentally-friendly, plastic-free cushion wrap, and shipped in a recycled cardboard box. Care instructions included.
