General Return Policy

I am happy to accept returns on non-custom pieces within 7 days of
receiving your art.

Since all pieces are originally shipped for free, the buyer is responsible for return shipping, unless the piece was damaged during the original shipping. If this is the case, please send me photos of the damage within 24 hours of receipt.

Refunds will be issued back to the buyer's purchase method or, in some cases where appropriate, a gift card.

Freebies I may include with your piece(s) are not returnable or exchangeable.

Custom Order Returns

All custom orders are final. If the piece is damaged upon receipt, please email me a photo of the damage within 24 hours of receipt and we'll work out the details (repairing the piece, gift card, partial or full refund, etc.). 

Exchanges

The pieces I create are one-of-a-kind therefore, I do not do exchanges.
